Horst P Horst: a Glance Into The Fashion Photography

IT: Horst Paul Alber Bohrmann (1906-1999), conosciuto come Horst P. Horst, è un fotografo di fama mondiale che ha contribuito notevolmente nel campo della fotografia di moda.

Iniziò la sua collaborazione con Vogue nel 1931, precisamente con l'edizione francese di novembre.

Inutile ricordare l'eleganza trasmessa dalle sue fotografie, vere e proprie opere d'arte, che attraverso sofisticati giochi di luci ed ombre regalano atmosfere dallo stile inconfondibile.

Horst ha dimostrato come sia possibile ritrarre la vera sensualità femminile senza cadere nella volgarità, la seduzione è da lui trasmessa attraverso le mani, la schiena, le gambe, ma anche tramite uno sguardo.

Ogni tanto dovremmo guardare a questi grandi maestri che hanno rappresentato punti di svolta nella cultura e nell'arte, hanno contribuito a grandi innovazioni, ma non hanno mai perso il contatto con la dignità e l'eleganza.
